MEET THE CHEF
Southern girl, Ebonie Monae' Feast, born and raised in Houston, TX, has always had a real passion for cooking. Introduced to the enriching smells and enticing flavors by a long line of astonishing cooks. Now, Chef E. Monae', mother of a baby girl, found her God given calling in the kitchen after watching the joy and smiles on the faces of her loved ones simply indulging in her delectable delights. It all started with her specialty gourmet fried deviled eggs and grew into a flourishing catering business, with the support of her family, taking on her namesake, "Monae's Southern Savory." Honoring her southern roots of soul food and creole dishes but expanding into international cuisine. Ebonie was blessed to further her education, graduating from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Art on October 3, 2023 with a Diploma of Culinary Arts and Operations certifying her as an official chef! She thanks God everyday for the opportunities presented to her and for anointing her hands to serve others in such a soul fulfilling way! Chef E. Monae' accredits God for prosperity, her daughter for her inspiration, and the experiences of real joy in creating authentic flavors as she cooks every meal with love that always brings everyone back for more!
